At BEKUNST, we create objects to last a lifetime. We hope you’ll love them as much as we do. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll guide you through a simple return process.

All returns are organized personally by our team to ensure your piece is handled with care.

Please contact us at contact@bekunst.com within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll assist you with next steps.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive confirmation by email. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Every return is arranged directly with us — we’ll share the correct return address and guidance once you contact us at contact@bekunst.com.

We recommend keeping the original packaging to protect your stone and glass during transit. Our team will ensure your return journey is as thoughtful as your purchase.

At BEKUNST, each piece is prepared with care and packed by hand to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

All orders are currently shipped within the UK only.

  • Standard delivery: 2–5 working days
  •  Orders are processed within 1–3 working days
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Pre-Launch & Limited Drops
As BEKUNST launches in small production batches, certain pieces may occasionally operate on a limited-release or pre-order basis. Estimated dispatch timings will always be stated clearly on the product page where applicable.

International Shipping
International shipping is not yet available through the website.

We take great care to present our products accurately. Many BEKUNST pieces are hand-finished and made from natural materials such as stone and glass. This means that variations in colour, veining, weight, and texture are natural characteristics and part of the uniqueness of each object — they are to be expected and celebrated, not considered defects.

 

Orders

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a refund.

 

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment methods as shown at checkout.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and added to your total order amount.

 

Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders promptly, though delivery times may vary depending on location.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control.

 

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your BEKUNST purchase.

  • If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at contact@bekunst.com.
  • Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.
  • We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to change your item, you will need to return it for a refund and place a new order.
  • Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been inspected and approved. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We cannot accept returns on customised, made-to-order, or final sale items unless faulty.

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and product designs — is the property of BEKUNST and protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any part of our content without prior written permission.

 

Liability

  • Our products are decorative and functional objects but should be handled with care. They are not toys.
