This means that variations in colour, veining, weight, and texture are natural characteristics and part of the uniqueness of each object — they are to be expected and celebrated, not considered defects.

- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
- Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
- If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a refund.
4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

- Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.
- We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to change your item, you will need to return it for a refund and place a new order.
- Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been inspected and approved. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We cannot accept returns on customised, made-to-order, or final sale items unless faulty.
